Right of Way Process Management
CityVerse allows you to work with an unlimited number of parcels because Parcel Management is at the core of its design. Whether it is a simple sidewalk easement or a 200 mile stretch of freeway, you can easily track and document all actions regarding single and multiple parcels.
With CityVerse Process Types, you can create custom parcel details for each project or type of project -- such as Engineering & Acquisition. Each parcel will inherit Process Types that you set up from the Project Level. You only see the details you need for that particular project type. The example below shows a Property Management Project.
The following notes screen shows documentation at the Parcel level. When users add notes they can associate them with billing time or a task completed and the status report is updated automatically. The icons on top show the project level details and the lower set are related to the parcel.
The icons represent links to: Edit Details, Delete, Add to Favorites, Mapping Options Menu, Show All Parcel Details Completed, and Show Budget Details. Icons will be visible or not visible, depending on a user's clearance level.
